Interested in making a financial contribution to the Community Service Center? You can join the Center's Family of Friends. Contributions both large and small make a difference for families in need served by the programs of the Community Service Center.

The Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and contributions are tax-deductible. EIN # 59 – 1499489

Your contributions make a difference for needy families:

• $100 provides meals for a family of four for three days.
• $500 enables a family to pay a month’s rent or mortgage payment after an unforeseen emergency.
• $1,000 a year allows two low income children to have a fun and safe summer at the Center’s Summer Day Camp.

Donations of any amount are welcome and benefit the thousands of families and children served each year by the Community Service Center of Central Florida.

OPPORTUNITIES

The Community Service Center has several programs that are perfect candidates for corporate sponsorships. For an annual investment of $5,000 to $10,000, companies can provide financial support that directly impacts the lives and futures of children and families in need.

Read Write Now!
After-school Family Literacy Program
Operating in low-income neighborhoods, Read Write Now! familyliteracy programs focuses on increasing the literacy levels of young participants and their families.

Program Benefits
$5,000 sponsorship  -    Underwrites the costs of two weeks of program activities for 50 children.

$10,000 sponsorship  -  Underwrites the costs of one month of program activities for 50 children. Costs include: food, field trips, daily activities, supplies, books for home libraries and special events.

Magic Shoes Program
The Community Service Center provides vouchers to client children and other family members to purchase shoes at Target and Payless Shoe stores.

Program Benefits
$ 5,000 sponsorship   -  50 client families will receive new shoes for each family member.
$ 10,000 sponsorship  -  100 client families will receive new shoes for each family member.

EYES Program
The EYES program is for client families unable to afford a visit to the eye doctor or glasses for their children may need. Local eye care professionals provide services at no cost to the family. 

Program Benefits
$ 2,000 sponsorship   -  Mobile eyecare lab will provide between  eye exams and glasses for   60 - 80 children in low income neighborhoods.

$ 5,000 sponsorship   -  80 children will receive eye exams and glasses.

$ 10,000 sponsorship  -160 children will receive eye exams and glasses. 

WorkOut Program

The WorkOut program provides foster care youth between the ages of 18-21 a wide range of case management services in order to put the youth on a direct path to education, employment, and self-sufficiency.

Program Benefits

$5,000 sponsorship - 25 foster care youth will receive incentives for receiving a certificate of completion for GED or post-secondary education

$5,000 sponsorship - 50 foster care youth will receive incentives for finding full-time employment.

$15,000 sponsorship - provides case management services for 10 foster care youth.

Steps to Success Program

In conjunction with the workOut Program, the Steps to Success Program serves foster care youth between the ages of 13-25. The program provides a continuum of support services and resources an order to help the youth develop into responsible young adults.

Program Benefits

$5,000 sponsorship - 50 foster care youth will receive incentives for completion of high school.

$5,000 sponsorship - 50 foster care youth will receive incentives for receiving a certificate of completion for volunteerism.

The Community Service Center will recognize our sponsors in as many ways as possible. This recognition includes:

Recognition in newsletter articles ( circulation 2,000 twice a year ).
Logo included on appropriate print materials, i.e. brochures & annual report.
Logo included on web-site, as well as, link to your company website.
Recognition in e-newsletter ( monthly circulation of approximately 300)
Recognition at all fundraising events.
